| After a combined 47 years in retail and my tour in the United States Marine Corps, Christina and I made the decision to follow our dreams. Throughout the years, we made homemade Italian recipes for friends and family. We were always told that our food belonged in a restaurant! Well, we put aside the idea of a brick-and-mortar restaurant and decided the fast growing phenomenon of food trucks was the place to unveil grandma's Italian recipes.
Time flies when you are having fun - fast forward 8 years later and we have taken our business and moved it to Lake Gaston, North Carolina. We see amazing potential in this community and look forward to the endless possibilities.

We specialize in take-out and catering. We cater up to 200 and have a food truck that can operate for special events. Think big or small, we do them all.
